Realty Sales & Finance is licensed by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending as a Mortgage Broker in Texas. We have over 12 years of experience in all phases of real estate finance.
Because of the many changes that have been instituted by government policy in recent months; we no longer provide Conventional, VA, and USDA Rural Housing loans. We feel that as a broker we can not provide either good service or good value to our clients. We regret this sad turn of events and the intrusion of regulatory mismanagement into what was once a significant part of our business!
We do however provide limited Commercial financing. We can originate SBA loans, we can provide factoring for accounts receivables, and we buy private notes& annuity payments.
