Richard has been in the sales and marketing field since 1990. He first sold real estate in 1996 working for an agency that specialized in Agriculture and commercial properties. After two years he was offered and accepted a job in the mortgage business, after one year he was offered and did accept a job working for a large nationwide lender. He worked for them as a mortgage representative for the next five years eventually as a new construction lender and sales manager. In his work with in the real estate industry he has been instrumental in the purchase, sale or refinance of over four hundred fifty properties. He has experience in all types of property transactions. Regardless of what type of property you are interested in selling or buying, Richard probably has some experience with a similar transaction. Whether you are purchasing a starter home or building a million dollar custom home, his level of experience will be a benefit to you in all phases of the transacton.

In 2000 Richard began building homes, first we built for ourselves, and then we began building for clients seeking an affordable alternative to some of the more expensive custom homes, yet wanting to build outside of the cookie cutter developments. Our current project is the development of 40+ acres near Canyon that is to be divided into 5 acre home sites.

Richard Fry and his wife Terri live near Canyon where they have a small farm, several underused, overfed horses, and a stocker cattle operation. They have 2 sons and a daughter. The youngest son Josh, is about to finish a 4 year tour in the military, having served in South Korea and Kuwait. Daughter Trisia lives in Amarillo with her husband Chris and three daughters Abbi, Jinni, and Kinedi. Son Bill lives in Amarillo and has a business that constructs steel buildings. He and wife Wendy have three children as well, Shianne, Talon and Annie.
